2026 Volunteer Applications
Ancaster Little League is a volunteer based league and we are seeking Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the 2026 season. If you are interested in coaching, please complete the volunteer application form below.
Requirements to Volunteer
After you submit your application, you must complete the mandatory certifications and obtain a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC). You will not be permitted to coach (Head Coach or Assistant Coach) until your VSC and mandatory training are complete.

Important Dates and VSC Validity
VSC deadline
Completed VSCs must be submitted to the league no later than April 20.
VSC validity and attestation
Vulnerable Sector Checks obtained after January 1, 2026 are valid for two years. An attestation will need to be completed for year two.

Vulnerable Sector Checks obtained in 2025 will require a completed attestation form available here2026_Annual_Attestation_Form.  Please email [email protected] once you have completed your attestation form.

We do not reimburse for VSCs, as they can be used for other sports and school related activities.
Submitting Your Documents
Please email your VSC (including the password, if applicable) and your certificates for Diamond Leader and Abuse Awareness training to our registrar.
