Minor Little League Districts

Update July 21- In a rain shortened affair, Ancaster defeated High Park 6-0 to capture their 5th Minor District 1 Championship, and first since 2008. Congratulations are in order to Coach Matt Heaney and the rest of his Minor All Stars, on route to the Championships the Diamondbacks gave up only 1 run, in a 4-0 march to the title beating Erindale, Oakville and High Park twice.
Update July 20- High Park was down early, but came back to beat Oakville 18-8, and advance to the Championship Game against Ancaster, tonight 7:30 pm at the Snake Pit!
Update July 19- Ancaster defeated Oakville 18-0 to advance to the Championship game, High Park defeated Dundas. Tonight Oakville vs High Park for a trip to the Championship game.
Update July 18- Ancaster easily defeated Erindale 24-1 on Friday, and never trailed Saturday afternoon in a 10-1 victory over High Park. The Diamondbacks are in action tonight at 6 pm vs. Oakville. Winner goes directly to the finals, the loser plays Tuesday night.
