Ancaster in Minor District 1 Championship
Ancaster travels down the road the Minor provincial championship with a first stop in Dundas for the District 1 Championhips.
July 15 Update- Ancaster lost their opening contest to Dundas, and faces Erindale in an elimination game at 4:30 pm.
July 16 Update- Ancaster defeated Erindale 9-6 to stay alive in the championship. The Diamondbacks have advanced to face Oakville tomorrow at 8:00 pm.
July 17 Update- Ancaster lost a good battle to Oakville 14-4 in tonight's game, the loss eliminates the Diamondbacks from the tournament. This group of mostly 9 year olds put the district on notice this week, although it was a 10 run game, it was a tight game until the 5th.
July 20 Update- High Park has captured the District 1 Championship defeating Oakville last night in Dundas.
